As a small business, we pride ourselves on personal attention and dedication to every detail. Our story

What started out as a hobby turned into a passion to make the best BBQ around. There are those who barbecue then there are those who take pride in the art of barbecuing. Stackhouse has always had a passion for cooking but he found his true calling when he purchased his first “smoker.” He went from designing architectural designs to creating the most sought after ribs. Smoke Stacks is more than a name it is truly a growing brand.

What we're proud of

Building a business has been a slow steady process. It has been challenging at times but the rewards greatly outweigh any encumbrances. The feeling we get at the end of a each event is amazing and something I struggle to put into words. The joy we have when someone purchase our food and loves it means so much to us, as a creator the validation is priceless.
